Why are the Water Volumes so Important:
When we work on the water analysis of your Raw water source and your need for purification (which is the applied purpose for your water after treatment), there are some information that need to be calculated in order to provide the correct outcome, Like:
- The treatment for 1000 l/h water will not be the same as treatment for 10 000 liters per hour.
- As the size of pre-treatment will differ as well as the volumes of media needed.
- The analysis for total hardness or CaCOᵌ at 250mg/l will not use the same treatment as CaCOᵌ counts of 760mg/l.
And when the purpose for Reverse Osmosis Systems arise, then it can be very costly for customers without a water analysis and specified volumes.
Therefore, Proper Pre-treatment will define the durability and longevity of the RO-System’s membranes. The better the pre-treatment the longer the membranes (which is the heart of the system and very expensive to replace), will last.
